First Time Buyer

Congratulations! You are thinking of buying your first home. The real estate market is much more balanced today which means you will have many homes to choose from and mortgage rates continue to be affordable. There are also many other advantages of home ownership. To help answer questions that often arise and to help you make informed decisions, the Washington Realtors® Association has created a pamphlet specifically designed to provide information and resources for first time homeowners.

Are you purchasing your first home in Kennewick or Richland? Ask Robert how you can receive up to $10,000 in first time home buyer's assistance in these areas! You may qualify!  This program is financed with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds made available through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This program encompasses many Tri Cities homes and neighborhoods. The applicant and the property must meet certain qualifying criteria. Open doors you never thought possible!
